Arrogant judge Stefan Mortensen suffers a fatal stroke, leaving him partially paralyzed and confined to a nursing home. Resisting the staff and estranged from his compassionate roommate, Mortensen soon clashes with gentle resident Dave Craley, who secretly terrorizes the home with a sadistic game called “The Rule of Jenny Penn,” using his dementia doll as a tool of cruelty. What begins as child abuse quickly escalates into more sinister and disturbing incidents. When Mortensen’s pleas for help go unanswered, he takes it upon himself to end Craley’s reign of terror.
