A poor construction worker makes a deal with a dying business tycoon to inherit billions, only to discover that he too has been cursed by the man’s terrible sins. I disagree with the <5 rating this movie is getting. I always read a few reviews before writing mine to see what others have to say about cases like this, and the only thing I do agree with is that it is somewhat predictable in some areas. I mean, what exactly would you expect if you ate and took on the sins of another, but I really think people should know what they're getting into when they watch a movie about something like this. Let's face it, if another Friday the 13th came out, wouldn't it be predictable that Jason would kill a bunch of people, get killed at the end, but not actually die? All that said, I found Curse of the Sin Eater to be worth watching. It won't go down as one of the greatest movies of all time, but it's WAY better than some of the stuff we're getting thrown at us these days!
