Chronology
“Mufasa: The Lion King” enlists Rafiki to pass on the legend of Mufasa to the young lion Kiara, daughter of Simba and Nala, with Timon and Pumbaa lending their signature voices. Told in flashback, the story introduces Mufasa as an orphaned cub, lost and alone until he meets a loving lion named Taka – heir to the royal line. A chance encounter sets off a far-reaching journey for an extraordinary group of misfits seeking their destiny – their bonds will be tested as they work together to thwart a menacing and deadly enemy.
